Data we process
Depending on how you interact with FBridge, we may process:
- Identity, role, company name and business contact details that you provide.
- The contents of your enquiry, including ingredient requirements, specifications, volumes and timing.
- Appointment information that you submit directly through Cal.com.
- Communications, supplier notes and commercial records created while assessing or delivering a sourcing engagement.
- Basic technical and security logs processed by the website host when pages are requested.
The ingredient request form sends the details you choose to provide to a weBridge-controlled endpoint hosted by Vercel. The endpoint validates the request and uses Resend to deliver it to FBridge by email. The website does not run advertising or analytics scripts. Clicking the booking link takes you to Cal.com.

Purposes and legal bases
04
Service providers and international transfers
Personal data may be processed by providers that support our operations, such as email, scheduling, website hosting, customer relationship management, accounting, legal and IT services. The public website is hosted by GitHub Pages, provided by GitHub, Inc. Ingredient requests pass through Vercel's hosting infrastructure and are delivered by Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Appointment scheduling is provided by Cal.com when you choose that link. You can review Vercel's privacy notice and Resend's privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism under the GDPR. We do not sell personal data.
05
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiries are retained while they remain relevant; client and commercial records are kept for the duration of the relationship and any legally required limitation, accounting or tax period. Data may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Website, email-delivery and appointment providers may retain technical, security or delivery records under their own retention policies and applicable agreements.
06
Your GDPR rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to fbridge@webridge.es. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
